1) What type of printing do we provide?
We use Vinyl Printing Method for all our orders.
For orders above the quantity of 100 products, we offer the option of screen printing as well. The customer may choose this option to reduce the overall cost of the order.
2) How long does it take to complete an order?
We begin processing your order as soon as we get it. The customisation and making of your order take 1-2 working days, given the quantity is less. For larger orders, it may take 3-4 days to complete them.
3) How long does it take to deliver the order?
The delivery may take up to 5-7 working days. This depends on the delivery location. For remote areas, it may take up to 10-15 days to deliver your order.
4) Which courier service does Odjeca deliver through?
Our delivery aggregator is Shiprocket. We get the options of Delhivery, Xpressbees and ECom Express at our discretion.
We offer shipping via other services that our customers may demand. However, this can attract some additional charges.
5) What material are the clothes made of?
We use multiple types of materials depending upon the order. For example, the product may be made of cotton, polyester or polycotton.
You will find the material details in the product description box itself.
6) Is there a scope for negotiation?
We are open to negotiation on all orders above the quantity of 100 items. Ordering in bulk has a different process, and you will be directed accordingly.
7) Can the invoice be generated under my company or firm’s name for GST input?
Yes. You can put the billing details accordingly while placing the order.

8) Am I eligible for a refund if I don’t like the quality or colour of the product?
The colour of the product in the image on the website may differ in the shade from the original product. Make sure you consider that the online image shows the product in different lighting and conditions. We try to showcase the exact shade of our products so that there is no misunderstanding.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds if you find the colour or quality dissatisfactory.
9) What are the terms of payment?
We offer two types of payment methods.
You may either pay the entire amount in advance with no shipping charges.
Or pay half the amount in advance and the other half on delivery along with the shipping charges.
10) How durable are the products? How long will they last?
It depends on your usage, washing method, washing materials and which material you bought in the first place.
In general, we advise you to not wash the product with harsh chemicals or scrub them with brushes and cleansers. Instead, use gentle soaps and detergents and avoid drying them in direct sun.
You may also prefer washing them by hand and drying them in a shaded area.
