Returning a product
All our products are personalised to your needs and requirements. If there is a problem with the product from our side like an issue with the size, colour or printing, then the case will be resolved accordingly. Description of which is given below.
Refund on a product
If we deliver a product that does not match your order, for example, is of wrong colour (not the shade, but a wrong colour given on our website), wrong size or has a problem with its design, then we offer you a refund but do NOT accept a return of the product.
We do NOT offer a refund if the product matches your order, but you don’t like the colour shade, quality or change your mind about the design or customisation.
Compensation for a wrong delivery
If we deliver a product that does not match your order, for example, is of wrong colour (not the shade, but a wrong colour given on our website), wrong size or has a problem with its design, we offer a refund or compensation via re-order.
This means you can either choose to take a refund on the value of ONLY the wrong items and not the whole order or we can deliver the correct product again.
